Menjadi Perempuan yang Berkualitas dalam Bidang Apa Pun

Buku “Menjadi Perempuan Desa dan Transformasi Sosial” karya Dian Meiningtias ini mengambarkan perempuan yang peranya kerap dipandang sebelah mata. Perempuan sering kali dipandang sebelah mata karena tugasnya kebanyakan hanya berada didalam rumah saja. Yang kemudian hal tersebut menjadi kunci banyak aspek dalam kehidupan. Mereka berada dalam pusaran perubahan social, perubahan kebijakan dan peruabahan pengelolahan sumber daya alam. Perempuan sering kali dihadapkan dengan beban tanggung jawab yang besar melebihi kemampuannya. Namun, mereka masih tegar demi masa depan keluarganya. Perempuan tidak hanya tangguh dalam permasalahan di dapur atau rumah tangga melainkan mereka juga mempuyai peran besar dalam menggerakkan berbagai sumber daya yang ada. Setiap hembusan napas perempuan memiliki banyak harapan besar yang membuatnya tidak bisa berdiam diri. Bahkan, memiliki cita-cita bagi kesejahteraan yang membuatnya harus terus aktif. Perempuan adalah rahim dari kehidupan yang tidak hanya memberi tetapi juga merawat.
Sejatinya perempuan memiliki banyak kemampuan dalam bidang apa pun itu, tidak hanya dalam urusan dapur saja. Namun, perempuan memiliki peran besar dalam perubahan sosial dalam keluarga maupun lingkungannya. Perempuan juga dapat mengekpresikan sejumlah hal yang ingin dilakukannya. Tidak terhalang oleh gendernya sebagai perempuan. Karena perempuan juga dapat melakukan beberapa bekerja yang dilakukan seorang laki-laki. Bahkan perempuan dapat melakukan beberapa hal sekaligus. Seperti menjaga anak dan mengurus bekerjaan rumah. Itu semua dilakukan tanpa lelah
Memasuki bulan April, bangsa Indonesia dihadiahi semangat emansipasi melalui Peringatan Hari Kartini yang jatuh pada tanggal 21 April. Emansipasi muncul di dalam masyarakat sebagai sebuah gerakan menuntut persamaan hak dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Dalam sejarah Indonesia mencatat sejarah perjuangan perempuan yang berasal dari lingkungan bangsawan jawa bernama R.A. Kartini lahir 21 April 1879 di Mayong sebuah kota kecil yang masuk dalam wilayah keresidenan Jepara. Ia merupakan anak dari pasangan Raden Mas Sosroningrat dan Mas Ajeng Ngasirah. Kartini muda menjadi penentang tradisi jawa yang kaku terlebih mengenai praktik poligami, di mana tradisi inilah yang menjadikan ibunya dimadu dan ia dengan berbagai pertimbangan menjadi istri kedua dari Bupati Rembang. Bukan tanpa tujuan menjadi Raden Ayu, bagi Kartini adalah seuatu sarana untuk mewujudkan cita-citanya yaitu menyediakan pelayanan bagi masyarakat, khususnya kesempatan melebarkan ruang pendidikan bagi perempuan di sekelilingnya. R.A. Kartini juga menukis beberapa surat yang berisikan gagasan harapan dan cita-citanya. Kartini beranggapan bahwa perempuan tidak bersaing dengan laki-laki melainkan bermitra dalam kehidupan. Perempuan dihadapan Kartini adalah sebuah entitas agung yang serupa dengan Ibu Alam yang memiliki panggilan sebagai pendidik pertama bagi manusia.
Citra perempuan dalam kajian iklan. Sebagai bagian dari masyarakat urban, betapa sulit untuk lepas dari pengaruh globalisasi, dalam hal ini adalah pengiringan budaya. Perkembangan budaya pop yang berimbas pada pola masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kebutuhan dan standar hidup. Budaya pop sudah tentu berimbas pada pola social yang membentuk masyarakat konsumtif dalam berbagai lini, tidak terkecuali dalam dunia fashion dan kecantikan. Pengiringan ini bisa melalui peran media yang kerap kita temui seperti iklan yang muncul di sela sinetron.
Banyak orang yang memandang bahwa status kelajangan sebagai hal yang tidak wajar. Apalagi status kelajangan bagi perempuan. Terkadang seorang memilih melajang sementara untuk mengembangkan kariernya dan secara subjektif mengaku berpotensi membangun komunikasi yang bagus. Banyak perempuan desa yang memanfaatkan sumber daya alam sebagai penghidupannya. Seperti memanfaatkan tumbuhan seperti daun pandan yang digunakan untuk bahan dasar membuat tikar. Selain tumbuhan juga terdapat sumber daya alam mineral seperti bahan tambang. Dalam kacamata ekofeminis, ekplositasi, sumber daya alam secara social membawa dampak berlapis bagi perempuan karena statusnya sebagai subordinasi dalam struktur masyarakat patriarki yang berjibaku dalam pemenuan kerja domestik. Ekofeminis sebagai aliran feminis gelombang ketiga mejelaskan keterkaiatan alam dan perempuan, dengan titik focus pada kerusakan alam dan penidasan perempuan.
Tuhan menciptakan setiap makhluknya untuk saling berkaitan atau saling membutuhkan satu sama lain. Dengan kata lain setiap makhluk yang hidup di bumi pasti akan membutuh satu sama lain. Dengan hidup bermasyarakat kita dapat menciptakan suasana sosial. Khususnya pada masyarakat desa kita dituntut untuk saling hidup berdampingan. Jadi dalam lingkungan masyarakat kita harus saling mengenal satu tetangga dengan tetangga yang lainnya. Bagi yang beragama islam pasti akan merasakan yang namanya puasanya ramadhan, ujung dari puasa ramadhan ini adalah hari raya idul fitri dimana masyarakat yang menunaikannya akan merayakan dengan sanak keluarga yang berada diberbagai daerah. Kebanyakan dari mereka yang merayakan ini biasanya merayakan dengan berpulang ke tanah kelahiran meraka masing-masing yang berada di desa atau biasa disebut sebagai mudik lebaran. Momen ini yang biasanya di tunggu-tunggu bagi yang merantau ke kota. Menikmati suasana pedesaan yang masih sejuk dan menikmati banyak kesenian yang masih di jaga. Contohnya seperti seni jaranan, jaranan merupakan kesenian yang dewasa ini masih sanggup menarik animo masyarakat untuk menonton, bahkan seni jaranan ini kerap digunakan sebagai tontonan dalam hajatanan keluarga.
Banyaknya media sosial sekarang membuat para penerus bangsa yang kurang memahami kesenian. Di Trenggalek terdapat media local dengan elaborasi kebudayaan, progresitivitas, pemikiran, pngetahuan, cinta, dan kearifan local. Sebuah media yang tidak menerima adsense iklan sebagai bantahan atas mesingiling kapitalisme dalam memuaskan pembaca dengan tepuk tangan pujian. Media ini banyak menampilkan wajah penulis dari berbagai bidang kajian, baik dari mereka yang berasal dari Trenggalek maupun yang memiliki pandangan akan ragam budaya. Dengan adanya media ini diharapkan para penerus bangsa tidak lupa akan keragaman kebudayaan Indonesia. Saat ini kerap kali media sosial telah dipahami atau terkenal dikalangan anak-anak kecil atau bisa dikatakan anak di bawah umur, mereka masih sering mempergunakan media sosial ini untuk hal-hal yang kurang bermanfaat atau hanya sebagai hiburan saja.
Maka peran orang tua khususnya seorang ibu dimana seorang ibu adalah pendidik pertama bagi seorang anak, sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengawasi para anak untuk bijak dalam menggunakan media sosial. Tak luput juga pergaulan bebas saat ini juga memberi efek besar terhadap anak-anak. Selain mengewasi para anak untuk menggunakan media sosial dengan bijak seorang ibu juga harus memberikan pendidikan seksualitas pada anak-anak. Pentingnya mengajarkan pendidikan seksualitas pada anak agar anak mengetahui mengenai organ kesehatan reproduksi, penyakit menular / HIV dan mencegah terjadinya tindak kekerasan seksual, pemerkosaan, dan pernikahan dini.
