“Kuliah harus jalan. Bisnis untuk biaya kuliah, kos, beli buku harus jalan juga.”

Setelah lulus SMA, Ngadiyo melanjutkan kuliah di Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto mengambil jurusan D3 Bahasa Inggris sembari bekerja sebagai tukang fotokopi dan penjaga rental komputer di semester pertama. Kemudian ia tidak betah, dan memutuskan untuk tetap bekerja karena kekurangan biaya kuliah, makan sehari-hari dan membayar kos. Ia menjadi penitip kue kacang hijau hingga lulus meraih gelar Ahli Madya.

Pengalamannya saat SMA membuat dia terus bersemangat mewujudkan cita-citanya. Walaupun banyak aral melintang, kesulitan belajar, gagal SPMB S-1 ketika baru lulus SMA, ia pantang menyerah.

Dan pengalaman menjadi penjual dompet, tas, sandal, baju, dan penitip kue kacang hijau saat masih SMA hingga lulus kuliah di Purwokerto membuatnya berpikir dan berusaha untuk terus maju melanjutkan pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Usaha keras, kesabaran, ketekunan membuahkan hasil yang diimpikan.
